Ladybug Playschool uses TUIO to register students and for parents to pay Tuition and Deposit Fees. Payments made through TUIO can be via Credit Card, with an additional Credit Card fee of $0.75+ 3.5%, or via Direct Withdrawal from a bank account, with no additional fee. All Invoices in TUIO must be approved prior to the child attending the playschool.

On January 1, 2022, our playschool program qualified for funding under the Government of Alberta Childcare Affordability Grant. This grant allows us to reduce our fees by $75 per month for each child in our program. Therefore, the Playday program cost to parents is reduced from $127.50 to $52.50 per month, and the Playschool program cost to parents is reduced from $152.50 to $77.50 per month as a result of this funding. These reduced fees will be in place for as long as we continue to receive this government funding. If this funding is interrupted or revoked by the government, our fees will revert to the $152.50 per month for Playschool, and $127.50 per month for Playday. If this funding is cancelled mid-year, we will require an adjustment of fees from parents. NOTE: When applying for additional subsidy through the government, please put the FULL MONTHLY amount (i.e., $127.50 or $152.50) on your application form.

Registration Fee: $50
• Due at the time of registration (TUIO)
• This is non-refundable
Photography and Scrapbooking: $25
• Due at the time of registration (TUIO)
• Used to cover the cost of photos of the students during class activities and field trips
• Each student will receive a scrapbook at the end of the year
• Does not include class/individual portraits taken by an outside company (i.e., School Picture Day)

Playday - $525 (2 Days per Week)
•Three payment options:
     • One Annual fee of $525 for entire school year
          • Invoice will process through TUIO: September 1
     • Bi-Annual fee two invoices of:
          • $225 (September to December)
               • Invoice will process through TUIO: September 1
          • $300 (January to June)
               • Invoice will process through TUIO: January 1
     • Monthly fee of $52.50 per month (10 months - September to June)
          • Invoices will process through TUIO on the 1st of every month

Playschool - $775 (3 Days per Week)
•Three payment options:
     • One Annual fee of $750 for entire school year
          • Invoice will process through TUIO: September 1
     • Bi-Annual fee two invoices of:
          • $325 (September to December)
               • Invoice will process through TUIO: September 1
          • $450 (January to June)
               • Invoice will process through TUIO: January 1
     • Monthly fee of $77.50 per month (10 months - September to June)
          • Invoices will process through TUIO on the 1st of every month

The Playschool requires the following deposit invoices through TUIO: 
     • Roster Deposit (See “Roster Duties, Procedure” section of the manual for more information)
          • TWO invoices $50 each
     • Fundraising Deposit (See “Fundraiser” section of the manual for more information)
          • ONE invoice $300 
          • If you have more than one child attending Ladybug Playschool, the second child is $200
